I’ll be honest. I only liked that other one for about a day or so. I was still diggin’ the bright colors, but hated that WordPress theme. So, I looked for more “Joss” pictures with vibrant colors and came along these. Now, I looooove this layout and hope you do too! I like having 2 sidebars better as well. Makes things easier to see.

I included a link, in the navigation, to the Joss Boards. I know I’ve been neglecting it, but I haven’t forgotten. My mods/admins are doing a great job over there!

Also, I started adding dates to the Tour page. That’ll be the place to go if you want an updated list. I’ll try to stay on top of things, but if I miss something, let me know!

Lastly, I’d like to apologize to those of you who still use Internet Explorer. This theme may look a little wonky in your browser. Sorry! It’s optimized for FireFox. I switched a while ago, and you should too!

Here is a video from one of Joss’ recent shows. She performs “Free Me”, a new track:

Also, I don’t think I mentioned this performance date:
Thur 26th February 2009 – Oran Mor, Glasgow (Buy Tickets)

I’m gonna create a Gigs page for Joss soon too! I have a feeling there’ll be many more dates coming up!

The Independent reports that Joss will provide the live entertainment for an elaborate charity effort in London on March 3rd. The effort is the brainchild of soclialite, and former model, Renu Mehta and Nobel Prize-winning economist Sir James Mirrlees.

Renu Mehta and Sir James Mirrlees will gather the world’s super-rich together on 3 March at the Dorchester, in central London, and begin the process of shaking billions of dollars out of them. It will be the most ambitious and audacious fundraising plan the world has seen since Bob Geldolf’s Band Aid, and at its core is a simple cashback plan.

The first target of relief will be Africa. CNN founder Ted Turner, Carol Vorderman, model/actress Milla Jovovich, and best-selling author Paulo Coelho are also set to participate.

Read more about their plans here.

Joss has posted the following on her official UK website (Her US site is currently down for remodeling):

Hey everyone!

I’ve decided to go play some shows at home. Come along, we’ll have a laugh. I’ll be playing my new songs from the album yet to be released ‘colour me free‘. I’m excited to see how everyone likes it.

We are going to play Mama Stone’s (yes that’s my mum’s place!) in Wellington on the 19th of February and at the Great Hall in Darlington on the 20th of February. Keep coming back here to jossstone.co.uk – yes this is my new site and it will officially launch next month! – because I have a feeling we are going to have a real good time together on these shows and if I am right we will probably do more at short notice.

Keep your eyes on the local press for more details…

Peace love and music
